Stitch and Kvetch

A fiber-centric nonmechanical hang sesh focused on the important business of crafting and complaining. This very casual event is open to all ages, genders, and abilities. Pop in, complain, do some crafts, or hang out while we do crafts. If you want to learn to crochet, bring a size 5 crochet hook and 4-weight yarn (or similar), and Matt Samuels will give you a beginner lesson. If you can already chain, learn to single, half-double, double crochet, or the granny square.

Optional: Bring Passover appropriate snacks.

Yom HaShoah u’Gevurah Ceremony with OZ

Temple trio are players of the Vermont Symphony Orchestra. They will play to commemorate victims of the Holocaust. Besides music of composers who perished in the camps such as Viktor Ullmann, Gideon Klein and Hans Krasa, there will be music of two composers who lived through the Holocaust, as well as some Yiddish songs.
