Best Hanukkah Present EVER!—Celebrating Together!

Hanukkah! A time to celebrate, to give, to count our blessings. It was so great to be together again last Saturday, eating latkes together at our first post-pandemic Hanukkah party. After the isolation and darkness of recent times— Wow! I kept looking around, wondering— Is this really happening? All these people—they’re really here?

I think I must be one of the luckiest people in the world—my job is to celebrate with people! This Hanukkah season, I want to thank everyone involved with our Young Families programs. Thank you for the gift of your presence, for sharing your families, your lives, and the new experiences we’re creating together. And thank you to anyone who has yet to come! I look forward to a 2023 spent welcoming new families, new babies. I want to be silly and ridiculous with you all on Purim and have a Family Seder filled with singing, meaning, and great food. I want to be with you twice a month at Shabbat morning services and at Havdalah celebrations, when we’ll sing, dance, laugh, and eat (of course!), just because it’s Saturday! Shabbat!

Chag Hanukkah Same’ach (Happy Hanukkah) everyone, & Happy 2023!
